Sculptures

Sculpture has been used to create original and fascinating works of art for centuries. My woven sculptures are unique because most works of sculpture use everything from clay to stone, and can include wood, marble, plaster, and a variety of metals. For me, reeds and bittersweet defines the meaning and metaphor of my sculptural abstractions that range from figures and characters, to objects and animals…and anything else conjured up by my imagination. Innovative and surprising, my sculptures push the boundaries while bringing their subjects to life, as I see them in my mind’s eye. After all, there is no denying the power and timelessness of sculpture.
