The top and bottom are two separate pieces of bittersweet branches intertwined into each other. Woven panels in a non-conforming shape connect the top and bottom. Woven in a variety of colors: yellows, blues, pinks, greens, purples, etc.

Free-standing Sculpture # 2 The Pitcher  (2004)

H 15” W 10” D 10”

One branch of “old man walking stick” was used. Then I wove a pitcher within the branch using colors of light green, dark green, purple, blue, orange and plum. Accented with black wooden beads.

Dancing Dancing  (2004)

H 68” W 38” D 36”

As she dances, her costume swirls around her. The structure is made from bittersweet vines. The costume is woven from reeds, in the colors of browns, yellow, and burgundies.
